WWC162 - The Winners

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  It's time to announce our Rock Star and Rockers for Charlotte's Masculine "Anything Goes" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  The entries this week were awesome!  You are making it harder and harder on us to make our choices as we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Charlotte's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Marina's wonderful  "Mission Control" birhtday card.  Well done!  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Charlotte's Winner:   The background is just perfect for the space theme, and the sentiment fits with it wonderfully. A fantastic masculine birthday card.

Congratulations, Marina!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

Now it's on to the Watercooler Artists choices for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

Marsha's Choice:  The cabin in the woods scene that Darlene has created is beautiful.  The cabin in the woods is such a peaceful, restive scene.  I love the detail in this design.

Gail's Choice:   That huge music note is so cool and I love the guitar player, too.

Heidi's Choice:  What a great combination of techniques! The mix of dry and wet embossing and those wonderful colours really make this a "wow" card. Bleaching the truck and adding all those gorgeous gears finished it up incredibly well.

Penny's Choice:  I'm a big fan of mixed media, and this beautiful card has so much detail in it from the tissue paper background and stencil to the texturizing paste, and of course the handsome image.

Helen's Choice:  A great CAS card with wonderful choice of colours for a male card. The sentiment is just perfect for that special man in your life!

Kath's Choice:  Who wouldn't love a combination of koala bears, lots of well-done layers and a fun fold as well! The details come together to make a wonderful masculine card.

Tenia's Choice:  What a Gorgeous Masculine card and I just love the scene and the blue!

Congratulations Darlene, Rijacki, Shona, Zahraa, Fiona, Hazel and Karen.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as one of our Watercooler Rockers.

There you have our Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers lineup for this week!  Be sure to come back tomorrow, March 28th, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You won't want to miss out on all the wonderful designs by our Watercooler Artists.

Heidi's choice:  Darlene's card has me in awe. The colour combination, the lovely layers, the incredible fussy-cutting, are just a few of the things that make this card a masterpiece. Beautiful work!

Gail's Choice:   I just love the way Mac used the poppy stamp to make that gorgeous dress!

Kath's Choice:   Adorable Bunny in its hot egg balloon. Great card with a fun fold too!

Penny's Choice:  I love the Altnew images and the grey monochrome colouring of this card and images. The generational stamping of the leaves and flower is so beautiful.

WWC160 - The Winners!

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  It's time to announce our Rock Star and Rockers for Heidi's Feminine "Anything Goes" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  The entries this week were awesome!  You are making it harder and harder on us to make our choices as we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Heidi's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Wendy Rudd's (Cartai) wonderful bouquet of shamrocks.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Heidi's Winner:  Wendy has used a stunning image of a bouquet of shamrocks, and has coloured it beautifully. This is a perfect time for those wonderful green "bringers of good luck", especially when presented in such a great card.

Congratulations, Wendy!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

Now it's on to the Watercooler Artists choices for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

Marsha's Choice:  I love the unique design of Janice's card.  The die-cut border adds such dimension to her design.  It's elegant and it's feminine.

Gail's Choice:  It's such a touching image of the two lovely ladies all dressed up for a stroll on a sunny afternoon.

Tenia's Choice:   I love this card!! So much fun....and Bright!!

Kath's Choice:  I find CAS cards so difficult to make! This one is so well done you don't notice at first that it is a CAS card. Lovely!

Charlotte's Choice:  A really lovely design. The blossoms are so pretty and just beautifully coloured.

Penny's Choice:  I was blown away by the alternate way Anita chose to stamp the tulip image in this card. She's created a beautifully intricate background for her thank you card, by reversing her rows and stamping with precision.

Helen's Choice:  Caroline's bokeh effect card front is so soft, pretty and feminine with its lovely colours.

Congratulations Janice, Mervi, Maria, Gerrina, Angie, Anita and Caroline.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as one of our Watercooler Rockers.
