WWC167 - The Winners

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  It's time to announce our Rock Star and Rockers for Gail's "All About Christmas" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  You're entries this week were fantastic!  You are making it harder and harder on us to make our choices as we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Gail's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Marina's beautiful Christmas village at night card.  Well done!  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Gail's Winner:  It evokes an image for me of a picturesque mountain village on a winter night. The way it is mounted on the pure white background makes it look like a miniature work of art.

Congratulations, Marina!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

Now it's on to the Watercooler Artists choices for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

Marsha's Choice:  Patti's blue and white, clean and simple card is beautiful.  The embossed snowfall, patterned paper and cute cottage all combine to make a perfect Christmas card.

Heidi's Choice:  Jane has done an amazingly creative job of altering and recycling that gift bag. The design is absolutely elegant as well as gorgeous.

Tenia's Choice:  I love the fun and whimsy images here and how she still kept it CAS!! Well done, dearie!

Penny's Choice:  This card has such an old world vintage appeal. I love all the layers and mix of stamp sets Mary used to create this little gem.

Kath's Choice:  I love the all white, such a crisp and clean looking card.

Helen's Choice:  Hazel has created such a fun card with so much movement with her snowman!

Charlotte's Choice:  A lovely CAS card. The colouring is well done and the touches of red really help the design to pop.

Congratulations Patti, Jane, Tristan, Mary, Wendy, Hazel, Kathy.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as one of our Watercooler Rockers.

There you have our Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers lineup for this week!  Be sure to come back tomorrow, May 2nd, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You won't want to miss out on all the wonderful designs by our Watercooler Artists.

WWC159 - Marsha's "All About Christmas" Challenge

Woo Hoo!  Marsha is hosting our popular "All About Christmas" challenge this week.  Time to begin working on those Christmas cards that you know you don't want to have to make at the last minute.  And do we ever have some inspiration for you!

Before we begin with the challenge, however, we have some bad news and some good news to share.  The bad news is that we are losing Judy Markowitz who is needed at home because of family health issues.  We will miss her creativity and happy presence.

The good news is that we are welcoming Tenia Nelson to our group of Watercooler Artists.  Tenia hails from Denver, Colorado and we've been wowed by her edgy and eye-catching creations in previous challenges.
