WWC193 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers

Drum roll, please!  It's Tuesday time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Tristan's "All About Holidays" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  Beautiful entries that make our choices so much harder but we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Tristan's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Isabelle's lovely foliage design.   Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Tristan's Winner:   I love Isabelle's monochrome Christmas card. The gold embossing of the foliage on the vellum is very elegant and is CAS perfection.

Congratulations, Isabelle!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

Next up are the awesome creations that caught the eye of the other Watercooler Artists for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

Marsha's Choice:  I love Karen's clean and simple design.  Her doodled plaid makes me think of curling up in front of the fireplace with a good book.

Heidi's Choice:  Lynda's use of non-traditional colours for this Christmas card simply feels right. Perfect to showcase that adorable Dachshund/sentiment combination. I love the shimmery background, the snowflakes and that awesome ribbon, too. Great card.

Gail's Choice:  It is a really fun card with all the different deer images. Even with all that's going on in the background, the red and white deer - Rudolph - stands out as the star of the show.

Kath's Choice:  The scene that Andrea made is beautiful! The scene is so lifelike. This card was made as a Christmas card but lends itself to any occasion!

Charlotte's Choice:  A gorgeous Christmas design. I love the texture of the reindeer and
the pops of red.

Helen's Choice:  Trina has created a super cute, bright, happy Christmas scene with those lovely little penguins. A wonderful interactive card!

Congratulations, Karen, Lynda, Stephanie, Andrea, Natasa and Trina.  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you one of our Watercooler Rockers.

That's our lineup for this weeks' Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers.  Be sure to come back tomorrow, October 31st, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You won't want to miss all the wonderful designs by our Watercooler Artists.

WWC193 - Tristan's "All About Holidays" Challenge PLUS Design Team Call (Week Two)

Woo Hoo!  It's time for Tristan to host our "All About Holidays" challenge this week.  People are beginning to think about all those holidays which take place only weeks from now.  It's time to make those special cards and projects and show them off.

But first, let's talk about our Design Team call.

For the next two challenges we will be accepting applications for our Design Team.  If you're interested and think you can keep up with a growing weekly challenge, just put DT behind your name when you link up your card.

NOTE:  All applicants must have an active Facebook page since our team runs everything through our private Facebook page.
All applicants must also have an English blog or a bi-lingual blog, one of which languages must be English.  Since all our planning and discussion is done in English, the applicant must be able to understand what is going on.

For an idea of how our challenge works, check out previous challenges HERE.

And now...

Let's have a look at  the terrific projects by the Watercooler Artists to get your creative juices flowing.  You can see how many ways Holidays can be covered, from the cute to the masculine to the elegant.   For details on how Tristan and the other Watercooler Artists created their projects, just click on the name underneath and you will be taken to that blog post.  We begin with Tristan's absolutely awesome Hallowe'en card:

And now it's your turn.  You can join us by linking up your creation with the InLinkz at the bottom of this challenge.

Remember:

          1.  This must be a new project---no back-linking to a previous post.
          2.  You must link your project back to our challenge (details at top of page).
          3.  You must link directly to your post, not simply your general blog.
          4.  Please link to no more than 8 challenges, including ours.
