WWC335 - Heidi's Challenge: "Anything Goes" Celebrating the End

What a ride it's been!  Since that first post on June 1st, 2014, our Challenge has undergone a number of changes, constantly building, until we finally wound up with the awesome Watercooler Wednesday Challenge, a set rotation of Themes and a terrific team of Watercooler Artists.  We've been "flying high", attracting a wonderful number of participants, both regulars and drop-ins.  But nothing lasts forever and I must admit that it feels good to shut the Challenge down, going out with a "bang".  We love you all and invite you to participate one last time.

For this final Challenge, we decided to go "all out" and create something fancy.  You'll notice a lot of fancy folds and special techniques.  After all, we want to justify having called ourselves the Watercooler Artists  For details on how Heidi and all the Watercooler Artists created their projects, just click on the name underneath each project and you will be taken to that blog post.  We'll begin with Heidi's special Birthday fold:

Remember:

1.  This must be a new project--no back-linking to a previous post.
2.  You must link your project back to our Challenge (details at the top of the page).
3.  You must link directly to your post, NOT simply generally to your blog.
4.  You have a limit of 3 entries for each of our challenges. Entries over that limit will be deleted.
5.  Please link to no more than 8 challenges, including ours.
6.  Have fun!

Please use the Linky below to share your project.  This Linky will close two weeks from now, on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

NOTE:  If you see that one or more of your entries has been deleted, we include in our rules in the right column as well as in the instructions above that this will occur if you have more than 3 entries in this challenge.

WWC331 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers

It's time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for this challenge. We would like to thank all of you for playing along with this week’s challenge.  We loved browsing the gallery and seeing all of your wonderful creations.

 The Watercooler Rock Star

Sarah R

Marsha's Rock Star:  I love this cute whimsical snowman and his lady card created by Sarah.  They are adorable.  A great birthday card.

Congratulations Sarah!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

The Watercooler Rockers

Stef Perry

Heidi's Rocker:  Stef has used texture and heat embossing to enhance her adorable bunny Christmas card. I love the gold embossing around the embossed snowflake background. I love the fussy-cut image of “Santa Bunny”. He has been beautifully coloured and lifting him up from the background with Dimensionals really puts him in the spotlight. Very nicely done.

Milla

Dawn's Rocker:  Milla has coloured her Nature's Pennant so prettily. Love the subtle shading in the corners and the lovely die cut frame. Such a beautiful card.

Helene

Helen's Rocker:  Helene has created a delightful Christmas card. I love her sweet little rabbit with his big ears poking out of his stripy hat sitting in the middle of the snow.

Pat

Cathy's Rocker:  Pat has watercoloured the floral wreath beautifully and I love the gold framing and added pearls.

Karen Dunbrook

Tristan's Rocker:  I love the blending of those blues and purples via the gelli plate on Karen’s card and then to lift the colour and add those white dots just finished her card perfectly.

Congratulations Stef, Milla, Helene, Pat and Karen!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as one of our Watercooler Rockers.

We would love to see you come back tomorrow, January 6th, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  The Watercooler Artists will have plenty of inspiration to spark your creativity.

Dawn's Rocker:  JoAnn has made a beautiful Anniversary card. Love the soft blue behind her die cut corner. The pink flowers are coloured so prettily and the colours go so well together.

Tristan's Rocker:  Trina has created a serene Christmas scene on her card. Her soft water coloured background and that reflection image is fantastic.

Joyce M

Karen's Rocker:  Joyce created a lovely card full of botanical images and whimsical surprises. Her card is interesting, fun and beautiful.
