WWC192 - Marsha's Masculine "Anything Goes" Challenge PLUS Design Team Call

Woo Hoo!  It's time for our awesome Masculine "Anything Goes" Challenge, hosted this week by Marsha Reed.  This is your chance to work on some cards for those men (of all ages) in your lives.



But first, let's talk about our Design Team call.

For the next three challenges we will be accepting applications for our Design Team.  If you're interested and think you can keep up with a growing weekly challenge, just put DT behind your name when you link up your card.  

NOTE:  All applicants must have an active Facebook page since our team runs everything through our private Facebook page.
All applicants must also have an English blog or a bi-lingual blog, one of which languages must be English.  Since all our planning and discussion is done in English, the applicant must be able to understand what is going on.

WWC191 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers!

Drum roll, please!  It's Tuesday time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Charlotte's "All About Occasions" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  Beautiful entries that make our choices so much harder but we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Charlotte's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Robyn's fantastic layers of ribbon Christmas tree design.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Charlotte's Winner:  Robyn has made a beautiful clean and simple Christmas card. The ribbon tree is very striking, with great use of colours and patterns.

Next up are the awesome creations that caught the eye of the other Watercooler Artists for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

Tristan's Choice:  Shani has created an adorable autumn scene, fabulous colouring of the bear and hedgie, great layout using digital images and DSP.

Marsha's Choice:  I love Pam's beautifully watercolored poinsettia.  Everything comes together perfectly for a stunning design.

Kath's Choice:  Besides being a great card, the Mountaintop base is fun! The coloring is Excellent! It is definitely Christmas in the making!

Helen's Choice:  I can't help but smile when I look at Trina's fun card! Great CAS layout and colour combinations!

Gail's Choice:  That little black cat just looks so sweet, sitting under the tree and looking at the night sky. The background does not detract from the focal image. I love the pop of orange along the bottom.

Heidi's Choice:  I love the smooshed Distress inks and the wave patterns Celeste created with her own stencil. The mother and baby whales are beautifully coloured and mounted. A unique but perfect baby card.

WWC190 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers!

Tuesday has rolled around again and it's time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Gail's Feminine "Anything Goes" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  Beautiful entries that make our choices so much harder but we think you are all starts.  Well done!

Gail's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Bozena's gorgeous flamenco dancer.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Gail's Winner:  I love the image of the Flamenco dancer with her 'Laboutin" shoes. The lovely green swirls give movement to the image. And, I love that Bozena used the eclipse technique with the die-cut sentiment. A really feminine design!

Marsha's Choice:  Maya has designed a lovely birthday card. I love all the layers, the die-cut and those flowers and that lovely patterned paper.  The little girl is perfectly colored.


Heidi's Choice:  Nancy's colouring of that amazing image is mind-blowing. A stunning creations, especially with that combination of white and black glitter paper.

Helen's Choice:  Lynda's card is stunning with it's simple design and vibrantly coloured flowers!

Tristan's Choice:  Marlene's fairy is sweet and beautifully coloured. I love the texture she created with all the layers and different elements.

Kath's Choice:  Pooja has made three fantastic cards! Her attention to detail makes it hard to decide a favorite! The coloring is amazing!

Crystal's Choice: These winter ready llamas are just too fun with a pastel background! Adorable even though I am not ready for winter yet!

WWC189 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers!

Tuesday has rolled around again and it's time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Heidi's "All About Holidays" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  Beautiful entries that make our choices so much harder but we think you are all starts.  Well done!

Heidi's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Katrina's wonderful light the way design.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Heidi's Winner:   I love the way Katrina has repeated the Christmas lights in the stamped image. The embossed lights with the sparkle on them, which she has in the background, fit so well with the die-cut Christmas light in which she has stamped the image. And what a perfect sentiment!

Marsha's Choice:  Izzy has made an absolutely gorgeous clean and simple Christmas design.  I love the combination of stamping and die-cuts.


Gail's Choice:  Love those little ghost faces. Stamping them on the DSP really adds interest.

Tristan's Choice:  I love the stunning background Trina created. It really glow and highlights those trees beautifully.

Kath's Choice:  This is a darling card with wonderful coloring and a sweet image. The paper and embellishments make this card a winner.

Crystal's Choice:  Donna's little witch so adorable.  I loved her coloring and the not-so-spooky layout.

Helen's Choice:   Chris has created a super fun card with those wonderful reindeers popping out of the windows. Great colour combinations and added elements.
