WWC118 - The Winner

It's Tuesday and that means it's time to announce the winner of Penny's "Mom" Theme Challenge. The cards linked up this week were beautiful! The Watercooler Artists enjoyed visiting your blogs to check out your lovely projects.

If you are part of a group that requires us to sign in, such as Splitcoast Stampers, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. then, we will be unable to leave a comment. While your project will still be eligible for inclusion in our challenge, we will not be able to make comments if you are using such restrictive comment access.
