WWC208 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers

Drum roll, please!  It's Tuesday and time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Charlotte's "All About Occasions" challenge.  But first, we'd like to thank all those who played along with us.  Beautiful entries that make our choices so much harder, but we think you are all stars.  Well done!

Charlotte's choice for our Watercooler Rock Star is Sharon's ink splatting card design.  Following the winner are the Watercooler Artists choices for the Watercooler Rockers.

Charlotte's Winner:  Sharon has created a fantastic clean and simple design. The splashes of colour are really fun, and the sentiment over them stands out wonderfully.

Congratulations, Sharon!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as our Watercooler Rock Star.

Next up are the other wonderful designs that caught the eyes of the other Watercooler Artists for our Watercooler Rockers.  They are shown in no particular order.

#35 - Rosali
Karen's Choice:  I love the fun dog scene! Rosali's beautiful watercoloring has brought each pup to life. Perfectly executed.

Marsha's Choice:  Dena has designed a beautiful card.  I love how she offset each die-cut layer to give dimension and depth.  The flower is a great addition.  Very well done.

Heidi's Choice:  Mac has created a stunning CAS card which, as it turns out, wasn’t so simple to make. The wonderful raised script and floral outline, both stencilled using embossing paste, add to the elegance. I love the glittery, metallic raised petals, so subtly coloured. The combination of the die-cut and stamped sentiment really adds the perfect finishing touch.

Dawn's Choice:  The alcohol ink background is amazing (Love Purple) what a great way to die cut the hearts on the edge of the white panel, makes them pop!

Gail's Choice:  I just love the expressions and the poses of those three gentlemen. I can picture them sitting on a park bench, watching the world go by. They colouring is great and the DSP patterns are a great combination.

Tristan's Choice:  Ellibelle has created a fabulous multi-media looking card, with faded script, stunning colours and a great effect with the water colour wash background.

Helen's Choice:  Tip Top has made a wonderfully delicate, feminine card with a beautifully coloured image and gorgeous die cut.

Donna's Choice:  Linda's rose is beautifully made with Brusho crystals on watercolor paper. The rectilinear diecut background is an inspired contrast that lifts and highlights her 3-D rose as the card's centerpiece. Well done, Linda!

Kath's Choice:  Deepti's Little ballerina is perfectly spotlighted. I love the stamping on the ribbon. It's a card any young ballerina would love.

Congratulations Dena, Rosali, Mac, Marina, Natasa, Ellibelle, Ruth, Linda and Deepti!  Here is your badge to proudly display on your blog designating you as one of our Watercooler Rockers.

That's our lineup for this weeks' Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers.  Be sure to come back tomorrow, February 20th, for our next Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.  You won't want to miss all the wonderful designs by our Watercooler Artists.
