WWC220 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers

Drum roll, please!  It's Tuesday and time to announce our Watercooler Rock Star and Watercooler Rockers for Kath's "All About Occasions" challenge.  But first, thank you to everyone who entered the challenge.  Your projects are beautiful and we are so glad you played along with us this week.  Well done!

Kath's Rock Star:  Natasa's roses are simply beautiful, perfectly colored! The pinks, greens and gray are so beautiful together! The card is one anyone would be happy to receive.

Heidi's Rocker:  I love everything about Shawna's creation. The unusual background and the slanted design combine to enhance and bring focus to the gorgeous bird and blossoms. My first instinct would be to frame it.

Marsha's Rocker:  I love the bold alcohol ink lift background Tanvi has created.  Her coloring of the cups and flowers is excellent.  I really like the overall design of her card.

Dawn's Rocker:  Lee Ann’s card caught my eye with the pop of purple pink flowers against the lovely grey stenciled background. The sliver of the patterned paper in the right side adds and interesting element.

Tristin's Rocker:  I love her adorable piggy with her beautiful colouring and scene. He made me smile and want to blow bubbles too.

#35  Lynda Pleckan (PaperArts Cafe)

Karen's Rocker:  Lynda has created a beautiful card with a vintage feel. Her polychromo coloring is lovely against the subtle distress ink background .

Michelle's Rocker:  I love the use of the pin point die, it frames that cute little hamster so well. That balloon looks like it is just floating off the card front. Fun card Darnell.

Donna's Rocker:  Rahmat's Mother's Day Card is beautiful! With all the colors and textures, it's hard to believe it's a single-layer card.!!! I love how she used the stencil to create the texture of a stone wall, and then colored in the top "stones" as the background for the flowers. Great job on masking, too!

WWC219 - The Watercooler Rock Star and Rockers

Heidi's Rock Star:   Cornelia has done amazing work with her masking to achieve this look. The combination of images works beautifully and her colouring is gorgeous. As if that wasn't enough, the play on words of her sentiment finishes it off perfectly.

Marsha's Rocker:   I love the clean look of Nora's design. The gingham background helps those pretty flowers pop right out at you.  Such a fresh, pretty card.

Tristan's Rocker:  Love the scallop edge design of this card with the liquid pearl detail, the different DSP and the subtle colouring of the image. Anyone turning 40 would love this card.

Karen's Rocker:   I love your sassy girl and all the detail you've added to this fun card! The colors, bricked background and sentiments certainly add to your creation.

Donna's Rocker:  Deepti's card is so feminine and LOVELY! Her hand designed watercolor background is a perfect foil for her beautiful pink roses!!! She did a wonderful job coloring them, and the white gel pen highlights on the roses are perfect!!!

Michelle's Rocker:  I Love Kristie's card with all that dimension on the word die and her use of the florals in each corner. A beautiful card.
