WWC109 - The Winner

It's time to announce the winner of Heidi's Color Challenge. We had some wonderful cards linked up this week. Heidi picked Tenia Nelson's lovely card as her winner. Congratulations, Tenia! Well done!

5) Please link to no more than 8 challenges, ours and up to 7 others. Entries linked to more than 8 challenges, including ours, will make you ineligible for a chance to be the winner.

6) You have a limit of 3 entries for each of our challenges. Entries over that limit will be deleted.
