WCC24 --- The Winner!

After another close vote by the Watercooler Artists, we have a winner for Stefanie's Sketch Challenge.

Congratulations to the winner of the challenge, Gail Allen. Gail 's card is a lovely salute to the retiring poppies and her flipped sketch is just plain fun.
